FIRE

FIRE is one of the four elements composing the universe. In earlier times, fire was considered the supreme among all the elements that inclues space, water, air and earth. It was believed that fire transformed first into sea, and half that sea into earth, and half that earth into rarefied air.
Fire is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. It was commonly associated with the qualities of energy, assertiveness, and passion. Fire can be distinguished into consumptive and destructive.Fire is often associated with red or warm colors like orange or yellow and with a upward pointing triangle.
Agni is a Hindu and Vedic deity. The word agni is Sanskrit for "fire" cognate with Latin ignis. Agni has three forms: fire, lightning and the sun.
Agni is one of the most important of the Vedic gods. He is the god of fire and the acceptor of sacrifices. The sacrifices made to Agni go to the deities because Agni is a messenger from and to the other gods. He is ever-young, because the fire is re-lit every day, yet he is also immortal. In Indian tradition Fire is also linked to Surya or the Sun and Mangala or Mars, and with the south-east direction.

Fire is enthusiastic, warming, and the spark of life

It is passionate, emotional, untamed, the most powerful of energy forces,
for it represents the force of the Spirit.
Fire cannot build, yet it is the essence of “being”. It cannot absorb,
yet by itself, draws others to its’ warmth. It gives life, but can destroy the life it   gives. It is fiercely protective, yet needs protection from itself.

                It is the living force

We live!
