PROJECT A ( brief )

  NARRATIVE SEQUENCE

First we brainstorm in groups on the given theme of the 5 Elements and generated words that described a qualitative aspect of one of the 5 elements(fire). Then we explored the meaning of a chosen word that we had selected like destruction, wild, begining etc with image and text, using imagination, memory and observation. We observed, visualized, framed and composed a photograph in black and white, using our understanding of light and camera techniques. 10  final photos in black and white (distinctly different images) were finalized that reflected the chosen word based on the assigned element.

Inspired from any one of the images selected from the above set, a series of 3 visual sequences of black and white images were shot and created as follow  :

• A diptych (set of two images that can function together)
• A triptyph (set of three images that can function together)
• A visual narrative comprising of a minimum 6 images
